Congratulations again on your grant award from the BIPOC Artist Network & Fund! Fresh Arts is proud to support BANF through our Fiscal Sponsorship program.

Per the granting agreement, BANF will cover all fiscal sponsorship fees due to Fresh Arts on your behalf, and 100% of BANF granted funding will be disbursed in one lump payment. Disbursements can only be released to the project manager or the legal entity specified on your attached W-9 form and must match the grant information provided to BANF. 

Due to processing time, checks will be mailed within 10 business days from date of disbursement submission. Please review your form responses for accuracy before submitting. A $30 check fee will apply to all check reissues.

If you choose to pick up your check in person, you will receive an email with a link to schedule an appointment after your check has been processed. You MUST make an appointment to ensure someone will be in the office to hand over the check.

As a reminder, the Fresh Arts-BANF Fiscal Sponsorship opportunity exists solely for the purpose of an organization/collective to receive a grant from Houston's BIPOC Arts Network & Fund.
